Codify 1.3 Now Available!
Codify 1.3 includes several new features:
- CodeBuilders are now supported for C++ projects. Both .h and .cpp files can now host CodeBuilders.
- Codify includes FileBuilders in addition to CodeBuilders. FileBuilders can be used to automate the generation of any single text file, regardless of its language. CodeBuilders are embedded within a source code file and are, therefore, limited to C#, VB .NET and C++ projects.
- The Codify template editor has been upgraded to be a standalone application. Previously, the template editor could only be launched from within Visual Studio.
- The Add CodeBuilder dialog box will now show custom template locations in addition to the installed templates. This allows, for example, a team to place their Codify templates on a network share and have them be automatically available for use within Codify.
